PlotDrip Child Safety Policy

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

PlotDrip is committed to providing a safe environment for every member of our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and take proactive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to content or behavior that endangers children.

This policy applies to all users and all content on the PlotDrip platform, including our mobile apps and web experiences.

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

  • We prohibit any content or activity that involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexual exploitation of children.
  • We invest in preventative tooling and human review to help us detect, remove, and report harmful content quickly.
  • We educate our team on current CSAE threats and our legal obligations, and we continually improve our procedures and technology to protect young people.

2. Eligibility and Age Screening

  • PlotDrip is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. During sign-up, we require users to provide their date of birth and we block registration when the submitted date indicates the individual is under 13 (or under any higher minimum age that applies in their region).
  • Accounts discovered to belong to users under the minimum age are immediately disabled. We delete personal information associated with those accounts unless retention is legally required, and we may request additional information to verify a parent or legal guardian before restoring access permitted by law.
  • Parents or guardians who believe their child has used PlotDrip can reach us at support@plotdrip.com to request review or deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify the request and protect child safety.

3. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

The following conduct is strictly forbidden on PlotDrip:

  • Creating, uploading, generating, sharing, or storing CSAM.
  • Grooming, enticing, or soliciting a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.
  • Sextortion, threats to distribute a minor’s private images, or any coercive conduct involving minors.
  • Human trafficking or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of children.
  • Any other activity that endangers or exploits children.

Violations can result in removal of content, immediate suspension or termination, and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

4. Reporting Tools and Moderation Response

  • In-app reporting: Users can flag content or accounts directly through PlotDrip, including with a dedicated Child Safety reason. Each report captures the reporting user ID, the content or account identifiers, the selected reason, timestamps, and optional details provided by the reporter.
  • In-app messages: Signed-in users, including guest accounts, can send a child safety concern to the PlotDrip team without leaving the app. Open About PlotDrip, choose Send Feedback and pick “Child safety concern”, or use the “Report a child safety concern” button on this policy’s page in the app. See Help and Support for every way to reach us.
  • Prioritized review: Safety specialists review reports promptly, prioritizing those that indicate imminent harm or child endangerment. We may contact the reporting user for additional context when it is helpful to do so safely.
  • Remediation: Confirmed violations lead to removal of offending content, account suspensions or terminations, and technical actions that prevent repeat abuse.
  • Escalation: When reports or internal investigations suggest the presence of CSAM or other child exploitation, we manually report the incident to NCMEC and any other appropriate authorities with jurisdiction. We retain limited records of these reports solely to meet legal obligations and to protect the community from repeat offenders.

5. Cooperation with Authorities and Legal Compliance

  • PlotDrip complies with all applicable child safety and reporting laws, including immediate reporting obligations for CSAM in the United States.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement investigations and, where appropriate, with international hotlines or organizations such as INHOPE.
  • We maintain internal logs of child-safety reports and our responsive actions so we can demonstrate compliance and continually improve our protections.
