Message us from the app
You can reach the PlotDrip team without leaving the app.
- Open the menu and tap About PlotDrip.
- Under Support & Feedback, tap Send Feedback.
- Choose a topic, write your message and tap Send.
You need to be signed in, and guest accounts can send messages too. A story title or username helps us find what you’re writing about.
Report a story, comment or account
Stories, chapters, pages, characters, images, videos, comments, club posts and profiles have a Report or Flag option. Choose the reason that fits best and add any details that help.
Our safety specialists review reports promptly and handle those about a child’s safety first.
Child safety
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us in any of these ways:
- Report the content or account and choose the Child Safety reason.
- In the app, open About PlotDrip, tap Send Feedback and choose Child safety concern.
- In About PlotDrip, open the Child Safety Policy and tap Report a child safety concern.
- Email our Child Safety Officer at report@plotdrip.com.
PlotDrip prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our Child Safety Policy sets out the standards we enforce and how we report to NCMEC and law enforcement.

Subscriptions and billing
- The App Store or Google Play bills your PlotDrip subscription. Change or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
- Apple and Google handle refund requests.
- Deleting your PlotDrip account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Your account and your data
- To delete your account, open My Profile from the menu, then press and hold Delete Account. You can also ask us to delete it.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the choices you have, and our Terms of Service set the rules for using PlotDrip.
